Um well.....no thats not really right. I dont THINK you can summon a dog. But like in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire he could summon his Firebolt by saying Accio Firebolt! and it came to him. But I DONT think you can summon a dog because thats to...simple. It needs to be specific like...Accio Deathly Hallows! meaning I would be summoning my book Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows.
